1. Parties and scope
These terms and conditions govern use of the information and reference catalogue published at peptichems.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Site.
2. Nature of the materials and scope of use
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
Every material listed in the catalogue is a reference material intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory analysis. These materials:
- are not designed, tested or approved for human or animal consumption;
- may not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;
- are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices;
- are not suitable for clinical, veterinary or domestic use.
Any person or institution requesting these materials declares that they will be used only within the scope defined above, in compliance with applicable law and institutional ethical rules. Any use outside that scope is entirely the user's responsibility.
3. Capacity and competence
By submitting an inquiry through the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you hold the technical competence to handle such materials safely or are acting within a competent laboratory environment, and that acquiring these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. The Site is not an e-commerce platform
The Site is an information and reference catalogue. Any listed price is an indicative figure for information only. No orders are taken, no payment is collected and no contract is formed through the Site. All inquiries are handled through direct contact via Instagram or Telegram, and every inquiry concludes with written confirmation of scope and terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or commitment.
5. Analytical data and accuracy
CAS numbers, molecular formulae and mass values in the catalogue are provided for information. The purity figures shown are measurements read from the certificate of analysis for that specific batch and apply to that batch only; they are not a general threshold commitment. The binding analytical data for any material is the value stated on the independent laboratory certificate of analysis (CoA) for that specific batch. Batch-to-batch variation is possible; the relevant CoA is shared on request. You accept that Site content may contain typographical errors or become out of date, in which case the CoA prevails.
6. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, logos, trade marks, page layout, source code and compiled data on the Site are owned by or licensed to PEPTICHEMS. Copying, reproduction, derivative works or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Product and compound names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PEPTICHEMS shall not be liable for use of the materials outside their stated scope, for improper storage or reconstitution, for the interpretation of third-party laboratory results, or for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages or loss of profit. The Site is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Telegram. The content, privacy practices and terms of those platforms are outside our control and are not our responsibility.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page together with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
